General terms and conditions KidsEscape Valkenburg This document contains the general terms and conditions that apply to everyone who participates in the Kidsescape game activities of Fairytale Forest Valkenburg. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to affect your statutory rights. Making a reservation and thus participating in the game activity at Kidsescape Valkenburg in the Fairytale Forest is only possible by agreeing to the general terms and conditions. This is done by checking in the reservation that you agree with the general terms and conditions of Kidsescape Valkenburg. Entrance/door policy Kidsescape Valkenburg does not have an open door policy. Take the confirmation email that you receive after your online reservation (digitally) with you. You need this confirmation to play Kidsescape. Reservation, cancellation and refund Reservation is required. A reservation can be made via this website. On site at the checkout is also possible alone, availability is not guaranteed at that time. A reservation is made for the number of people participating in the game. One accompanying adult is required. This participates for free and is not included in the reservation. Participation is possible per room up to 7 children in the age category up to 9 years; and also in the category 9 to 12 years. The minimum number of participants (including adults) is 4. From 4 persons, one adult supervisor is free. After payment of the reservation you will receive a confirmation by email. It is possible that this email ends up in your spam box. If you have not received a confirmation email, the reservation may not have gone through. If in doubt, contact Kidsescape Valkenburg. Full payment is required to make a reservation. An online reservation via our website can be paid securely via IDEAL. Prices stated on our website are determined by the number of participants per room (4 – 7 persons) whereby 1 adult is included in the price. All prices include 9% VAT. No Refunds will be made at No Show. If you cancel the reservation within 120 hours prior to the time of visit, a refund is not possible. We will move the appointment to a new date in consultation. If the date is not yet known, you will receive a voucher for 100% of the reservation value. This voucher is valid for 12 months. If you cancel the reservation up to 120 hours prior to the time of visit, we will refund 100% of the paid amount. You can cancel by telephone or via the “View / Change the reservation” button in the confirmation email. After canceling the reservation you will receive a confirmation by email. It is possible that this email ends up in your spam box. If you have not received a confirmation email, the cancellation may not have gone through. If in doubt, contact Kidsescape via Sprookjesbos.nl. Changes to the reservation are possible up to 48 hours prior to the time of visit. Changes can be made by telephone or via the “View / Change the reservation” button in the confirmation email. After changing the reservation you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. It is possible that this email ends up in your spam box. If you have not received a confirmation email, the change may not have been made. If in doubt, contact Kidsescape via Fairytale Forest. If fewer people participate in the game than booked, there will be no refund. If more people participate in the game than booked, a surcharge will apply. Start time The time indicated in the confirmation of your reservation does not include an explanation in advance. We request that you arrive 15 minutes before the start of the game. If the team is not yet complete at the start time, the missing player(s) can no longer participate in the game. In that case no refund will be made. Inappropriate behavior Kidsescape Valkenburg does not accept intimidating or insulting behavior towards its employees. Anyone who is guilty of disturbing public order, wantonness and/or willful destruction of Kidsescape Valkenburg property will be immediately removed from the building. The police can be involved in this. In case of removal, no refund will be made. Any damage will at all times be recovered from the responsible person/group. Safety For safety reasons, camera images are made at every game and in the common areas. In order for the game to run smoothly, one adult game supervisor is required to enter. He or she does not have to pay for his or her participation. Kidsescape Valkenburg has taken measures to safely leave the area in the event of unexpected calamities. Think of an emergency stop and automatic unlocking of the door. All camera images are stored for a week and then deleted for privacy reasons. In the event of theft, intentionally causing damage or willful destruction, we immediately report it to the police. Damage will at all times be recovered from the responsible person/group. Privacy, promotion and social media Kidsescape Valkenburg stores and protects personal data without providing it to third parties. However, we may contact you at a later date for offers and promotions. Mobile phones and cameras The use of mobile phones and/or cameras during the game is not allowed. Food and drinks At Kidsescape Valkenburg you will find brasserie Boshut where drinks and small snacks are offered. Consuming own consumptions is therefore not allowed. Liability Kidsescape Valkenburg is not responsible for theft and/or damage to personal property. In the reception area there is room in lockers to leave mobile telephones, bags, coats, etc. Own risk Participation in the game activities is entirely at your own risk. Now this Kidsescape consists of one clear space intended for children from 6 years old, without hidden spaces and with sufficient (emergency) lighting. Any physical injury and/or material damage incurred during a visit to Kidsescape Valkenburg or one of its other activities cannot be recovered from the company. Instructions Instructions and directions from the personnel must be followed at all times. We therefore count on your full cooperation. If this is not complied with, Kidsescape Valkenburg employees reserve the right to remove the participant(s) concerned from the building. Damage and theft Kidsescape Valkenburg reserves the right to recover any damage to its property from the person who caused it. In the event of theft, the police will be called in.
