Frequently Asked Questions

View the available dates automatically via the ticket module. We are open until 5:00 PM. Choose your date and arrival time. You can stay until closing time. Do you want to come more often? Then get a season pass!
Do you already have a ticket? Choose 'I already have tickets' in the reservation module to reserve a spot. Always bring your proof of reservation and the original ticket with you.

Fairytale forest visitors park at Geulpark and take the entrance at Sibbergrubbe 2a.


Route information

Our customer service is available between 11:00 and 17:00. Do you have a question that concerns the same day? Then call. If we are unable to answer due to crowds, please try again later.
Move date? Go to the ticket module and choose 'Change date'. Enter the order number and choose a new date for your tickets. The costs for moving tickets are 1 euro per ticket. There will be no refunds. > Terms and Conditions
Can't make it to the chosen time slot? That's okay. Your tickets are valid on the chosen date, even if you come a little later.
