General terms and conditions – Fairytale Forest Valkenburg May 2021 This document contains the general terms and conditions that apply to everyone who participates in Fairytale Forest and/o Kidsescape game activities of Fairytale Forest Valkenburg. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to affect your statutory rights. See also the prevention measures and park rules. Making a reservation and thus participation in Fairytale Forest Valkenburg and/o Kidsescape Valkenburg is only possible by agreeing to the general terms and conditions. This is done by checking in the reservation that you agree with the general terms and conditions. Entrance/door policy Fairytale Forest and Kidsescape Valkenburg does not (currently) have an open door policy. Take the e-ticket that you receive after your online reservation (digitally) with you. You need this barcode/confirmation as an admission ticket. Reservation, cancellation and refund Reservation is required. A reservation can be made via this website. A reservation is made for the number of people who participate. After payment of the reservation you will receive an e-ticket per person. It is possible that this email ends up in your spam box. If you have not received a confirmation email, the reservation may not have gone through. You take the e-ticket digitally or in print with you to the entrance. Full payment is required to make a reservation. An online reservation via our website can be paid securely via IDEAL / Sofort / credit card / Bancontact. Prices stated on our website are dynamically determined and added up for the number of participants. All prices include VAT. No Refunds will be made at No Show. It is not possible to cancel a reservation. If fewer people participate than booked, there will be no refund. The remaining e-ticket remains valid if not scanned and can be moved to a new date. If more people participate than booked, a surcharge applies. Once purchased entrance tickets (entrance tickets/ entrance tickets/ tickets for activities of Sprookjesbos Valkenburg and/or Kidsescape Valkenburg) will not be taken back (and there will be no refunds). Rescheduling date Via the ticket system you can reserve a new date yourself based on the tickets you already have. The costs for this are 1 euro per ticket. If you finalize the purchase and/or booking (at Sprookjesbos Valkenburg and/or Kidsescape Valkenburg), you accept the risk that the day of your visit will have to be changed due to (among other things) government measures, changing government policy or other circumstances. You can at any time move your booking to a new date and/or time. The change costs are €1 per ticket at a time. Time slots The time slot you book (30 minutes) is equal to your arrival time. Prices are displayed dynamically based on day and time. Inappropriate behavior Fairytale Forest does not accept intimidating or insulting behavior towards its employees. Anyone who is guilty of disturbing public order, wantonness and/or willful destruction of property belonging to Fairytale Forest Valkenburg will be immediately removed from the property. The police can be involved in this. In case of removal, no refund will be made. Any damage will at all times be recovered from the responsible person/group. Security For security reasons, (in)visible cameras have been installed. All camera images are stored for a week and then deleted for privacy reasons. In the event of theft, intentionally causing damage or willful destruction, we immediately report it to the police. Damage will at all times be recovered from the responsible person/group. Privacy, promotion and social media Sprookjesbos Valkenburg stores and protects personal data without providing it to third parties. However, we may contact you at a later date for offers and promotions. Liability Fairytale Forest Valkenburg is not responsible for theft and/or damage to personal property. In the reception area there is room in lockers to leave mobile telephones, bags, coats, etc. Own risk Participation in the activities is entirely at your own risk. Any physical injury and/or material damage incurred during a visit to Sprookjesbos Valkenburg or one of its other activities cannot be recovered from the company. Instructions Instructions and directions from the personnel must be followed at all times. We therefore count on your full cooperation. If this is not complied with, Sprookjesbos Valkenburg employees reserve the right to remove the participant(s) in question. Damage and theft Fairytale Forest Valkenburg reserves the right to recover any damage to its property from the person who caused it. In the event of theft, the police will be called in. Disclaimer This website is owned by Fairytale Forest. The website has been compiled with the greatest possible care. Fairytale Forest Valkenburg can change information, such as prices and availability, at any time. We therefore cannot guarantee that all information is accurate and error-free, nor can we be held responsible for errors or inaccuracies in the information provided.
